This movement is used for defense against kicking by throwing the heel to the calf.

The attacker walks in and throws the right foot to the defensive while holding up the hand in the guard.

The defensive turns the body to the direction of the kick and stands confidently with the weight on the left leg and throws the right hell to the attacker’s thigh. The holds up both hands guards and to protect the rib. If the attacker kicks with the left foot, do the same as above in the opposite directions.
